FOR CAREGIVERS AND HOUSEHOLD STAFF
We require our candidates to have at least 2 years of experience working directly with families. You must have finished High School or better. When applying to TLC Domestic Agency, you will need to bring photo ID, passport or driver's license, your SSN, any school documents and letters of references that will help us to better represent you.
When you come to the office to apply, we will ask you to fill out an application. Please do not forget to bring all the phone numbers from your previous employers, so we can contact them to verify your references, as well as any letters of references that you have received from them. Any other documents supporting your education and experience would be useful as well.
We will do our best to find you a job that meets your expectations. We will not waste your time or send you to inappropriate interviews. You must ensure that you are available by phone if you are actively searching for a job. It is difficult to say how long it will take, much depends on your resume, flexibility and desire to be quickly placed.
